CODE OF INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Integrity and professional decorum are the core values of ARS. The trust we inspire in our customers and stakeholders is the key to our success as an organization and as individuals. As a leader in the certification industry, ARS abides by the highest standards of professional conduct and decorum. The Code of integrity and professional decorum of ARS defines key principles of professional integrity for ARS and is an expression of the principles shared by ARS, its businesses and its associates.

ARS, together with the whole team, is committed to an ETHOS in which issues of integrity and professional ethics are the constant reference and are continuously nurtured; To this end, ARS provides information and support that will help employees and all interested parties acting on behalf of or representing ARS to understand ETHOS and to help them make the right decision when faced with a ethical choice.

ARS provides training to its employees on the Code of integrity and professional decorum of ARS, to ensure that the highest standards of integrity are functional to all management systems standards certification activities around the world, in accordance with international best practices.

Our annual Code training program of integrity and professional decorum of ARS acts as a periodic update of the principles of the Code and is conducted by each supervisor and manager responsible for personnel. An attendance record is kept to ensure that all staff complete training each year.

The ARS Code of integrity and professional decorum it is available on the Internet in Italian and English. All those who work and / or collaborate with ARS must know its contents as an integral part of their training.

The Administrator is responsible for implementing the procedures governing the ethical behavior of our employees and collaborators and for conducting investigations into alleged misconduct of the staff. The CEO also sets the standards of integrity we expect from our business partners.

The Professional Conduct Committee ensures the implementation of the Code of Integrity within our organization and advises management on all matters of business ethics. It also approves agreements for the acquisition or development of business opportunities with intermediaries.

The Professional Conduct Committee consists of four members:

  • Head of Marketing
